Our proposal for RFP 26-102-07, "Staff and Leadership Professional Development," has been approved. As a result, we will be providing the following key services to support schools within the district:

• Restorative Justice Center - We assist schools in creating unique, student-led Restorative Justice Centers that help change the traditional discipline model to a more restorative approach. Learn more here.

• Restorative Practices Training - Our equity-centric, hands-on training and coaching provide opportunities for participants to engage with the specific restorative practices. Learn more here.

• Trauma Workshop - Our training offers an opportunity for all school staff to learn ways to support children and young adults as they process and navigate their adverse childhood experiences in a way that they can feel safe and supported. Learn more here.

Mesa Public Schools

Our proposal for RFP 25-05MP, "Staff Development and Leadership Training Services," has been approved. Here are the services we can provide as part of this contract:

• Appreciative Inquiry - We partner with the school district's leadership team to review their current structures, which may include policies, procedures, resources (both material and personnel), interventions, and trainings. Learn more here.

• Educational Equity Training - This training engages participants in reflection around equity and helps them form a personal and shared definition of educational equity. Learn more here.

• Professional Coaching - We provide schools and districts with customized individual and/or group coaching that addresses leadership development and educational problems of practice (e.g., instructional improvement, teacher retention, and staff burnout). Learn more here.
