APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY
(SYSTEM FIDELITY)
Our Appreciative Inquiry is a qualitative study, using district documents and interviews of multiple focus groups with educational partners to gather information that will help improve and align systems. The perspectives and input throughout this process will be synthesized and analyzed to develop a final report offering suggestions for creating greater sustainability, strengthening systems already in place, and implementing high leverage strategies designed to maximize outcomes for ALL students.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We partner with the school district's leadership team to review their current structures, which may include policies, procedures, resources (both material and personnel), interventions, and trainings. Our four-phase process assesses, analyzes, and provides recommendations to build a sustainable and equitable MTSS within the district.
PHASE 1 - Inquiry Preparation
Includes an overview of the Appreciative Inquiry process, along with a discussion and the solidification of all logistics.
PHASE 2 - Inquiry
A CLS consultant facilitates multiple interview-style meetings with focus groups that include educational partners across the district. The objective is to gather information on the implementation of integrated tiered systems of support.
PHASE 3 - Analysis of Information
A CLS Consultant uses the data gathered to identify the district’s strengths and opportunities for growth.
PHASE 4 - Recommendations
A report highlighting the district’s strengths, opportunities for growth, and recommendations to build a sustainable and equitable MTSS is provided. The CLS Consultant presents these findings to the district’s leadership team.
