From our Leadership Team to our Administrative Staff, everyone at CLS is dedicated to championing DEIB initiatives and holding themselves accountable for progress. For us, this means:

All employees undergo Harassment and Discrimination Prevention training. This training raises our team’s awareness about workplace harassment and discrimination by explaining laws and demonstrating how to appropriately respond to misconduct.

All employees undergo DEIB training and Managing Bias training to ensure they are equipped to recognize and address biases, fostering a more inclusive and equitable work environment.

We support internal initiatives that foster personal growth. For instance, employees regularly read books and articles, and share about important topics such as DEIB and bias.

We have an open-communication policy, under which staff are welcome to share concerns and give anonymous feedback to improve our practices.

We created a Climate and Culture team to examine internal policies and processes, with the goal of removing barriers and creating a safe and welcoming environment for all staff.
