ACCOUNTABILITY &
RESILIENCY CENTER
When students are involved in a serious behavioral infraction, the Accountability and Resiliency Center (ARC) provides an intentional process and space for teaching prosocial behavior such as self-regulation, impulse control, and conflict resolution. The ARC utilizes a personalized restorative approach provided by a supportive and qualified educational professional. This positive behavioral solution prioritizes relationships, provides predictability and structure, fosters student agency and preserves dignity for all. The Accountability and Resiliency Center is recommended for grade levels 4 through 12.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Below are the elements of our comprehensive ARC process.
Training (in-person | 2 days)
We will provide training and support (2 days) for site implementation teams to develop systems and structures for the ARC.

Curriculum Development (in-person | 2 days)
We will assist in the development of behavior intervention modules that create social-emotional learning opportunities for students that are directly tied to infractions.
