ACCOUNTABILITY &
RESILIENCY CENTER
When students are involved in a serious behavioral infraction, the Accountability and Resiliency Center (ARC) provides an intentional process and space for teaching prosocial behavior such as self-regulation, impulse control, and conflict resolution. The Accountability and Resiliency Center utilizes a personalized restorative approach provided by a supportive and qualified educational professional. This positive behavioral solution prioritizes relationships, provides predictability and structure, fosters student agency, and preserves dignity for all. The Accountability and Resiliency Center is recommended for grade levels 4 through 12.
