TEAM COACHING
EDUCATORS, SCHOOL & DISTRICT LEADERSHIP
We provide schools and districts with customized individual and/or group coaching that address leadership development and educational problems of practice (e.g., instructional improvement, teacher retention, and staff burnout).
We partner with coachee(s) to develop goals that are aligned with your school/district initiatives. In this process, we ask thought provoking questions to disrupt traditional mindset and inequities of practice. Our consultants challenge you to create, set, and meet your personal and professional goals. Moreover, our coaches and consultants are your accountability partners, ensuring initiatives are thoughtfully developed and implemented with fidelity.

SERVICES AVAILABLE
Our intent is to provide a coaching experience that addresses specific professional, school site, and/or district needs and empowers educational staff to create transformational change. To this end, we offer the following service options:
District Leadership Coaching
Group/individual coaching specific to district leadership regarding strategies for leading culture and/or climate initiatives as well as policy development and review.
School Leadership Coaching
Group/individual coaching specific to school site leadership regarding strategies for leading culture and/or climate initiatives as well as solving problems of practice.
Individual or Group Leadership Coaching
Group/individual coaching for site level educators in need of development or support to address instructional improvement, behavior management, teacher retention, and potential burnout.
Customized Coaching
Engaging with district leadership and site teams to develop a strategy to communicate, monitor, and administer specific fidelity initiatives such as SWIFT-FIA. This involves the collection of data at schools, the review of documents, and the facilitation of the team process for evaluation.
