Instructions:

  1. Watch the video.

  2. How did you feel before the exercise?

  3. How did you feel after the exercise?

  4. Take a moment to reflect on the body scan exercise and write 3-5 sentences about your experience.

Secondary Lesson – 5-minute Body Scan Exercise

Instructions:

  1. Watch the video and notice your emotions.

  2. How did it feel to do the exercise?

  3. When could you use this practice?

  4. Teach this exercise to someone in your family or someone you know. Describe the experience in 5-8 sentences.
