Elementary Lesson – Learning About Your Thoughts

Instructions:

  1. Watch the video.

  2. Draw a picture that illustrates the video

Secondary Lesson – Flipping Your Lid

Instructions:

  1. Watch the video and practice the hand model of the brain

  2. Demonstrate the hand model to someone at home

  3. Explain what it means to “flip your lip” and what you can do to help yourself when you experience strong emotions like disappointment, anger, etc.
