Elementary Lesson – “Happy” Dance Party
Instructions:
Watch the video and DANCE!
When the song is over, do a quick body scan. How do you feel?
If you are still feel a little stressed, dance for a little longer.
Aim for a 10-15 minute dance party at least 3-4 days a week.
BONUS: Make a list of 5 other kinds of movement that make you feel happy.
