Session Title: Social Emotional Behavioral Programming: Philosophy and Practices
Description: This session explores an innovative cognitive-based model for working with students presenting a history of emotional and/or behavioral challenges. The presenter will unpack high-leverage practices used to effectively address the needs of youth with the greatest opportunity for skill development and improved social and emotional outcomes. Participants will learn about 5 key components that make up the C5 Intervention Framework. Participants will leave with practical cognitive-based strategies and approaches to build skills, narrow achievement gaps, and improve social and emotional outcomes.
