Facilitating Restorative Conferences

Learn to effectively respond to conflict, bullying, vandalism and acts of harm.


This two-day training provides participants with a specific, evidence-based process to facilitate Restorative Conferences using a formal, scripted circle. Participants will leave the workshop with the skills needed to respond to conflict, repair harm and foster a positive school climate.

Pre-requisite: Complete 2-day training “Introduction to Restorative Practices and Using Circles Effectively.”

Intended Audience: Staff responsible for facilitating Formal Restorative Conferences, including administrators, counselors, school psychologists, interventionists, or other support staff.

C5 Summer Institute

Addressing the needs of students with significant social-emotional and behavioral needs

The CLS C5 Summer Institute is a two-day workshop designed to help teams effectively support students with social-emotional and behavioral needs, especially those in self-contained settings. Participants will explore topics including effective instructional strategies, adult and student social-emotional wellness, and parent and student voice.
