Atsie is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and credentialed school counselor who has been part of CLS in various roles since 2018. She began her journey as an LMFT within one of CLS' Social-Emotional Behavioral Programs, later transitioned into a full-time Educational Consultant role, and now serves as both a consultant and a member of the leadership team. Throughout her time with CLS, Atsie has drawn on her mental health expertise to ensure that all services and solutions are trauma-informed and responsive to the mental health needs of students.

She currently leads much of CLS' work in Restorative Practices, Equity, Mental Health, and Wellness, and remains deeply committed to supporting the wellbeing of students and staff across school communities.

Outside of work, Atsie enjoys kickboxing, yoga, and spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing with her husband. She is a strong advocate for integrating equity and social-emotional learning into educational environments.
