Jon Eyler, Ed.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Jon Eyler is a nationally recognized consultant and speaker on topics of educational psychology and equity. He works with executive leadership to implement cohesive systems of support and lead adaptive change around perception and mindset. Dr. Eyler has worked in public education as a teacher and administrator through various levels of the system– school site, district, and county. In addition to his work as a consultant, he has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California (USC) where he taught courses in Educational Psychology. Today, Jon serves as the CEO for CLS.

Director of Programs
Kenny McCarthy is the Director of Programs for CLS. He provides consultation services for various Tier III programs throughout California, delivering individual coaching and professional learning targeted for classroom staff. He has previously served as a special education teacher using a cognitive-based program model.

Micki Singer, J.D.

Micki Singer has over 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer, teacher leader, and program director. She specializes in MTSS implementation and is the creator of the Student Justice Center, an innovative peer-operated intervention system aimed at promoting equity through the use of restorative justice in the discipline process. Currently, Micki works as a senior consultant with CLS, providing consultation, professional learning, and coaching to education agencies.

Lisa Kalldin joined Collaborative Learning Solutions in 2017 as a lead teacher in the Collaborative Learning Program (CLP) a cognitive-based program for students with significant social, emotional and behavioral needs. She brings over ten years experience as a special education teacher, specializing in working with students with learning and emotional-behavioral challenges. Her true passion is mentoring students through positive relationships, high expectations, and a relentless spirit.
