  • If you could make lots of Mood Boxes, where would you place them at school? At home?
  • The kids in the video say, “Anger be gone!” What is an original expression you can think of? Put it on a stickie in a place where you will see it as a reminder.

  • When will you use them?
  • Be more aware than ever of the anger emotion bubbling up in you…notice your own reaction…How do you feel?
  • Do you think that practicing a calm response to anger can become a regular habit?
